When You Use Voyagou Anonymously:

You can plan trips, search for tickets, and use the core features of Voyagou without creating an account. In this case, we do not collect any Personal Identification Information like your name or email address. All your travel plans, saved itineraries, and ticket information are stored directly and locally on your device's cache.

When You Optionally Create an Account:

If you choose to create a Voyagou account to sync your travel plans across multiple devices or for backup purposes, we will collect the following:

• Personal Identification Information: Name and email address.
• Anonymized Usage & Device Data: To help us improve app performance, we may collect anonymized data about how you use our app and what device you are on.

2. How We Use Your Information

How we use your information depends on how you use Voyagou.

• For All Users: To process your bookings and transactions with our partners (e.g., airlines, hotels). Note that booking partners will require personal information to complete a reservation, which you provide at the time of booking.
• For Account Holders: To provide, maintain, and sync your account across devices, and to communicate with you about your account and our services.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information when it is essential to provide the service you've requested. If you use the app anonymously, we do not have personal data like your name or email to share, beyond what you voluntarily provide at the point of booking.

• Booking Partners: To fulfill your bookings, we must share necessary details with our trusted partners like Trip.com, Tiqets, Kiwi, and Viator.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law.

4. Local Data Storage & Your Control

For users without an account, all travel plans and data are stored locally on your device. This means you have full control. You can clear your app's cache or data at any time through your device settings to permanently delete all your travel information from your device.

5. Data Security

We implement robust security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

You have certain rights regarding your personal data.

• Control Over Local Data: As mentioned above, you can delete all locally stored data by clearing the app's cache on your device.
• Account Holders: You have the right to access, correct, or delete your account information by contacting us.
