1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Voyagou. By downloading, accessing, or using the Voyagou mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Voyagou is a comprehensive travel planning tool that allows users to search for travel options, organize itineraries, and discover tickets. The Service operates in two modes:

• Guest Mode: Allows users to plan trips with data stored locally on their device.
• Registered Mode: Allows users to create an account to sync data across devices via our cloud infrastructure.

Important: Voyagou acts as an aggregator and travel planner. We do not own, operate, or provide the travel services (flights, hotels, tours) displayed on our app.

3. Accounts and Registration

To access features like cross-device syncing, you may be required to create an account using email or third-party authentication (e.g., Google, Facebook). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Third-Party Booking and Affiliate Disclaimer

Voyagou participates in affiliate marketing programs with various travel partners, including Trip.com, Tiqets, Kiwi, and Viator.

• Affiliate Relationships: When you click on a link to book a service, you are redirected to the partner’s website.
• No Liability for Travel Services: Voyagou is not a travel agency. We are not responsible for the availability, pricing, quality, or safety of the services offered by our partners.
• Booking Issues: Any issues regarding bookings (cancellations, refunds, disputes) must be resolved directly with the third-party provider where the transaction took place.

5. User Conduct

By using Voyagou, you agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose, attempt to reverse engineer the app, or harass other users. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Data Storage and Loss

• Guest Users: Data is stored locally. If you delete the app or lose your device, your travel data cannot be recovered.
• Registered Users: We utilize industry-standard cloud services (Supabase) to store your data. While we aim for high availability, we cannot guarantee that the Service will be free from temporary interruptions or data loss.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voyagou shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data or goodwill. We are not liable for any damages arising from missed flights, denied boarding, or hotel cancellations that occur after planning a trip using our Service.
